Great job and reasonable price in removing 2 layers of old roofing and getting the new installed in less than 2 days. They worked through heavy wind and rains to get it done asap. Milt Sawatzky, the owner of Peak Roofing, was wonderful to work with. He made a huge effort to show me various color options for the quality product I wanted. I was doing several improvements to my home & he helped me properly coordinate them so all went smoothly. He knew a “guy” for rain gutter replacement & got me a great price. Milt’s crew was conscientious & did not leave a mess. It was a very hot couple days when they worked, so Milt added additional crew. They were out early & knocked out the work before the horrible heat of the day. I’ve received many compliments on the roof color. I’m very happy with the work done. I highly recommend Peak Roofing.

Over the last few years, Peak Roofing has replaced roofs on 3 of our rentals. Their work has been outstanding and their prices have been very reasonable. A Full replacement in about a day. The cleanup crew also left the areas around my house better than they found them.

Milt and his team were on time, cleaned up the area, and completed the roof project in 2 days...which including taking off 3 layers of old roof and hauling it away. They were the lowest of our three bids. I was not sure if I should go with the lowest bid, but had been reassured by two other neighbors that I would be satisfied...and indeed I am! Milt also installed extra vent fans and replaced our sky light with a better quality one than the fogged up one that we had. The roof has withstood many of our summer microburst winds, inches of rain, earthquakes...no problems! I would recommend Peak Roofing to a friend! We are happy we saved money, but also got a quality roof job!
