Working |Here|
Peak Roofing is small on purpose. There’s no regional office, no layers of management, and no one you’d never meet.
Mike owns the company and is involved in the work. That means less structure than a large outfit and more direct contact with the person making decisions. Some people want that. Others would rather have a big company’s systems behind them, and that’s a fair preference.
We work residential roofs across Ada and Canyon County. Asphalt, mostly replacements, with repairs and roof tune-ups alongside.. Local work, so nobody is chasing storms in another state.
What |We Look For|
We’d rather train someone reliable than hire someone skilled who isn’t.
You show up
On time, on the day you said. In this trade that alone puts someone ahead.
You do it right when nobody's watching
The parts of a roof that fail are the parts nobody sees from the ground. We need people who don't cut corners on flashing because it's faster.
You can talk to homeowners
You're on someone's property, at their house, often while they're home. Being decent to people is part of the job, not separate from it.
You take safety seriously
Roofs are dangerous and complacency is how people get hurt.
You clean up
Every job ends with a full cleanup and a magnet sweep. It's the part customers remember, and it's not an afterthought.
Experience helps. It doesn’t outweigh any of the above.
How |to Apply|
There’s no formal application. Send us a note about your experience and what you’re looking for, and Mike will read it.
Call (208) 724-9315 or email mike@peakroofingidaho.com.
If we don’t have anything open, we’ll say so rather than leaving you wondering. And we keep good candidates in mind, because in a company this size, hiring tends to happen when the right person turns up rather than on a schedule.
Do I need roofing experience?
Helpful but not required for every role. Reliability, safety sense, and willingness to learn matter more than a resume.
Do you have openings right now?
We don’t advertise a standing list, because in a company this size it would be out of date more often than not. Call or send a note and we’ll tell you plainly where we stand, including when the answer is nothing at the moment.
What's the pay?
It depends on the role and on what you bring to it. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll be straight about whether it lines up, before either of us spends much time on it.
Where would I be working?
Across Ada and Canyon County and the surrounding Treasure Valley. Local work, home every night.
What are the hours?
Serving Nampa and the Greater Treasure Valley
Peak Roofing operates in Nampa, serving Canyon and Ada County, from Boise North End to Star and Kuna. We’re likely roofing nearby in Treasure Valley.
