Greenleaf had 812 residents at the last census. A town that size supports a school, a church and a store, but not a roofing company of its own. So anyone working here has driven in.
That matters for one reason. A roof is fine on the day it’s finished. The test comes two winters later, when a pipe boot needs attention or a shingle lifts, and what matters is whether the company comes back.
